About the School

The Bishop's School, Camp traces its foundation to April 1864, when it opened in old army barracks for children of soldiers, moving to its current General Bhagat Marg site in 1868. A minority-run Anglo-Indian school, it follows the CISCE curriculum from play group and nursery through Class XII and junior college. Of nearly 2,000 students, about 230 are boarders. The campus has around 75 classrooms, three science laboratories, two assembly halls, two libraries and a 250-seat dining room.
