About the School

St. Xavier's School in Doranda, Ranchi, was started in 1960 at the request of the Heavy Engineering Corporation and other public-sector bodies. The Jesuits of the Ranchi Province run it. The school is affiliated to CISCE: boys take the ICSE at Class X, and the ISC Plus Two section, which is co-educational, offers Science, Commerce and, since 2021, Arts. Classes run from KG to XII.
