St. Augustine's School is a Catholic minority school at 8th Mile on L.B. Road, Kalimpong, begun in 1945 from tutoring started by Fr. Benjamin Stolke. Affiliated to CISCE, it teaches from LKG to Class XII with Science, Commerce and Arts in the senior classes, and takes both boarders and day scholars. The roughly 14-acre campus, largely built between 1965 and 1970 with Swiss support, has a hostel, swimming pool, science and computer labs, smart classrooms, an auditorium and grounds for cricket, football and tennis.
