About the School

Lakes International School is a co-educational, day-cum-residential school in the Industrial Area of Bhimtal, Nainital district, affiliated to CBSE, Delhi. It opened in May 2001 in the lake town of Bhimtal. The school uses smart-class teaching and runs a programme of co-curricular activities and games. Admission is through a written test, with an interview for Class XI entrants, and intake is open for Classes III to IX and XI. Boarders live in school hostels under wardens, with set schedules for parent phone calls and monthly visiting days, and the hostel bars mobile phones and other electronic devices.
