About the School

Army Public School Dagshai is a co-educational CBSE school in the Dagshai cantonment of Solan district, Himachal Pradesh. It was founded in 1986 under HQ Western Command, with Generals K. Sunderji and R. S. Dayal credited as its founders, and runs under the Army Welfare Education Society. It takes both boarders and day scholars, with admission categories for wards of Army, Air Force, Navy and ex-servicemen as well as civilians, and teaches from Class V to Class XII. Facilities listed on its site include an Atal Tinkering Lab, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, mathematics, psychology, computer and English language labs, a library, fine art and woodcraft, optional robotics classes and an NCC unit.
